Strategic Ethos is intended to provide organizations and individuals the framework for designing their own ethos. The details to this ethos is a decision-making process that is linked to essential leadership behaviors.
Ethos outlines the requisites that make the responsibilities of a decision-maker authentic and ultimately practical – whether the decision-maker is an investment advisor; a senior executive with a federal agency; the CEO of a Fortune 500 company; or, the prospective commanding officer of a military unit. It is targeted for the decision-maker who views their role as a form of public service; whose self-interests have been subsumed by the larger goals and objectives of the people they serve.
